There are plenty of ways to plan work. liveplanner is built around a few ideas that make it a comfortable home for teams: it is free, it carries no trackers, it never puts a sign-in wall in front of your work, it keeps your work yours, and it is live from the start. Here is what each of those means for you.
Free, with no paid tier
liveplanner is free for everyone. There is no paid tier, no "Pro" upgrade, no trial that expires, and no plan to introduce any of those. Every feature, from boards and sheets to forms, dashboards and sharing, is available to every user.
No trackers, no ads
liveplanner carries no ads and no third-party trackers. The only analytics are anonymous, first-party feature counts that never include your content, and you can switch them off in Settings. See What We Collect and the privacy policy.
Your work stays yours
Export boards and sheets as CSV, images, PDF or Markdown whenever you like, so you are never trapped. See Export Tabs. Nothing in the editor is held back behind a plan or a trial.
No sign-in wall
liveplanner always works without signing in. A first-time visitor can open a new plan, plan something real, and only later be asked to create an account, never blocked before they have even started. An account adds cross-device sync and teams, but it is never a gate in front of the editor.
Live from the first card
Collaboration is not a bolt-on. Hand someone a share link and they join the same plan, where everyone sees cards move, cells change and new cards arrive as it happens. A card someone is dragging or has open shows their colour and name, so you can see who is working on what.
Real-time sharing
Hand over a link and plan together live, even with guests.
Boards
Columns of cards you drag from status to status.
Sheets
Spreadsheets with formulas, beside the work they track.
Dashboards
Metrics and charts drawn from your cards, always up to date.
The best argument for liveplanner is trying it. Open a new plan, pick a board and add a card, no account needed.
